PURPOSE: A composition for diagnosing gestosis containing a marker protein is provided to quickly and simply diagnose a novel marker protein at once. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing gestosis contains Insulin like growth factor binding protein, acid labile subunit(IGFBP, ALS), alpha2-HS-glycoprotein(AHSG. Fetuin), retinol binding protein 4(RBP4), or alpha-1-microglobin/bikunin(AMBP) protein as an active ingredient. The IGFBP subunit has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The AHSG has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The RBP4 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3. The AMBP has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 4. A method for selecting a gestosis-specific protein comprises: a step of fragmenting sample from healthy person group and patient group; a step of performing liquid chromatography/mass spectrography(LC-MS/MS) using fragment peptide to identify total protein; and a step of comparing protein peak.
