PURPOSE: A broadcasting and communication convergence-type contents download service charge settlement system and a mobile terminal thereof are provided to repetitively transmit contents to a mobile broadcasting net and download same contents for one or more mobile terminal at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A platform service providing unit(110) transmits download control signal and contents through mobile broadcasting network or mobile communication network. If the download control signal is received, a mobile terminal(120) performs download application and downloads the transmitted contents through the mobile broadcasting net or the mobile communication network. The mobile terminal generates download history information about the download.
