PURPOSE: A water extracting apparatus from atmosphere using an eco-friendly high efficient method is provided to obtain water without the supply of power using self-generated power. CONSTITUTION: A vertical column(10) is prepared. An air bubble manufacturing unit(20) is installed on the lower side of the vertical column. The air bubble is introduced into the vertical column. The temperature of the air bubble in the vertical column is cooled to the temperature of a dew-point by a cooling tube(30). Gel(40) is contained in the vertical column. A condensing coil evaporator(50) is installed on the upper side of the vertical column.
