A method for preparing nano-copper alloy is provided to lengthen the service life of electrical material by increasing the hardness and tensile strength to be suitable for armature and contact metal. A method for preparing nano-copper alloy comprises a step of mixing CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) in DMF(N.N-Dimethylformde) solution, a step of producing DMF-CNT mixed solution by treating the CNT-containing DMF solution with ultrasonic wave, a step of filling a copper tube with the DMF-CNT mixed solution and sealing the top and bottom of the copper tube, a step of making a copper alloy liquid by heating the copper tube and copper in an induction furnace at 1080~1100°C for 20~30 minutes, evaporating DMF solution from the DMF-CNT mixed solution, and then impregnating CNT particles in a copper-melted liquid, and a step of shaping the copper and carbon nano-tube particle into a predetermined shape by heating a casting mold in which the copper alloy liquid is injected at 600~800°C for 24 hours.
