PURPOSE: A maintaining method for offering data to proceed optimal ship maintenance and repairing based on sea route of a ship is provided to efficiently complete repairing of a ship by receiving optimal condition for maintenance and repairing of a ship. CONSTITUTION: An interface module(101) performs a communication with a user. An optimum condition computing module(110) produces optimum conditions about repairing component, repairing time, and repairing place. The ship information database(120) includes a drawing of ship or company information or ship classification information or repair history information. The component information database(140) includes the unique number of the ship components, 2D or 3D drawing, size, standard, lifetime and cost. The repair company information database(130) includes the name of repairing company, place, repairable components, component stock status, and repairable time.
