PURPOSE: A cooling and heating apparatus using compressed air is provided to improve work efficiency in a dockyard but or an industrial site using a freezing compressor by providing cool air in the summer time and warm air in the winter time. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating apparatus using compressed air comprises a heater unit(10), an air supply pipe, and a cooler unit(20). The heater unit includes a body with an air inlet(2) and an air outlet, a controller(4) provided on the side of the body, a temperature sensor(95) installed inside of the air inlet, and a temperature sensor(96) and a pressure sensor(97) installed inside of the air outlet. The air supply pipe is equipped with a heater control valve(8) on one side of the air inlet and a cooler control valve on the other side of the air inlet.
