A primary table (650) stores the link information of reserved links selected by a path selecting unit (640). A rerouting information extracting unit (660) extracts rerouting paths from the reserved links stored in primary table based on the determination of an adjacent link detecting and judging unit (620). The path selecting unit analyzes link information stored in a secondary table (630) and selects reserved links included in an optimum path from a deviated position link to any one link from among links included on original path based on the result of adjacent link detecting and judging unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a rerouting method; and (b) a navigation system.
