Method for Preparing Hydrolyzed Solution of Sea Algae Containing Depolymerized Fucoidan

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a macroalgae extract containing low-molecularized fucoidan is provided to simplify a process without the separating and desalting steps of a polysaccharide breakdown enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a macroalgae extract containing low-molecularized fucoidan comprises the following steps of: adding Gamma-proteobacteria DS-01(KCTC-SD1006) culture fluid or enzyme liquid separated from the culture fluid to macroalgae; inducing the reaction under the condition of 30~45C and pH 5~6 for 24-48 hours; filtering the generated enzyme reaction liquid; and obtaining the macroalgae extract containing low-molecularized fucoidan.
