FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metal plastic working, namely to method for realisation of rotary extrusion process in manufacturing of parts, including shells of liquid propellant engine. Part with improved mechanical properties is manufactured by means of rotary extrusion method by means of single-stage or multiple-stage processing of sheet billet installed onto rotary mandrel in process of longitudinal displacement of spinning tool arranged with clearance between mandrel and roller. In order to obtain specified improved mechanical properties of metal in part, extent of thinning is calculated prior to rotary extrusion, using correction by coefficient identified by experience and depending on conditions of process execution. Calculation of thinning extent is done according to suggested dependence.;EFFECT: invention provides for possibility to manufacture parts of conical or ogival shape with rated improved mechanical properties with their minimal weight, increased strength and reduced metal intensity.;2 ex,1 dwg
