FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in laying layers of impregnated glass cloth on form surface and laying filler on said layers thereafter. Layers of impregnates glass fabric are laid above said filler. Obtained material is pre-pressed and formed in heating. Filler is prepared from foamed plastic rods arranged in parallel that feature trapezoid-like cross section. Rods are laid in lower layer with their smaller base upward, while, in lower layer, they are laid with their smaller base downward in slots formed in lower layer. Prior to laying upper layer, layers of impregnated glass fabric are laid onto jointed surfaces of lower layer of foamed plastic bars. Pre-forming is carried out at 0.25 MPa. Induction heating is carried out in high-frequency magnetic field at field 20 to 25 MHz and 95°C to105°C for 8 to 10 min.;EFFECT: increase in physical and chemical properties of multi-layer panel central layer.;2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg
