LOW-WASTE DIE MOULD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF PARTS WITH ITS HELP

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of designing die moulds for manufacturing of rubber items according to low-waste technology, by combined casting-pressing method, and also to method of manufacturing parts in this die mould. Technical result is achieved in die mould made of 4 or more plates, out of which one plate with intakes is chamber for loading rubber mix, another is plunger plate, and parts of seats that shape parts are arranged in other plates, including plate for removal of items from seats. At the same time plate with loading chamber and plunger plate are made with the possibility of their simultaneous disconnection from other plates of die mould. At lower part of plate with loading chamber there are parts of seats with larger volume compared to parts of seat in upper plate of die mould.;EFFECT: production of part with minimum wastes and labour expenses, and optimised mode of its manufacturing.;6 cl, 7 dwg
