The absorbing element has a safety glass plate (1) consisting of micro slots (15, 16) with size of 0.1 to 1 millimeters, where the absorbing element is arranged in a sound-reflecting rear wall of an acoustic element. The micro slots form an opened region of 0.8 to 1.5 percentages on surface of the glass plate. A micro slot bearing insert is made of glass, metal or plastic, and has thickness same or less than the glass plate. The bearing insert is firmly coupled in a retaining opening using a retaining device. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sound-absorbing element.
