The watch has a 24-hour wheel (40) taking revolution for all 24-hours. A winding shaft is pulled and pushed between a position in which watch hands e.g. hour, minute and seconds hands, normally move, and an extended position. A display device has a cam disk (42) for displaying ante meridiem (AM) and post meridiem (PM) depending on rotational positions of the wheel when the winding shaft is moved to a pulled condition. The cam disk is provided with an AM-display cam surface (43) and a PM-display cam surface (44).
