The pump has two cups (4) displaceable eccentric to a common axis (5). A support body (4.1) is twistably accommodated in the cups. Guide grooves (4.3) extend perpendicular to a moving direction of a piston (2). The piston includes an extension (7) engaged with an attachment in the guide grooves parallel to a rotational axis of a drive shaft. The attachment is non-twistable relative to the support body. The support body is displaced to and fro in the guide grooves perpendicular to a movement direction of the piston.
