The method involves correcting an injection volume of a cylinder. A predetermined corrected value is divided to determine a distribution factor, where the distribution factor corresponds to a ratio of difference of active fuel injection amount and predetermined minimum amount of fuel injection (q-Min) and a sum of difference of an effective value of the active injection and assigned minimum amount of the fuel injection.
