The dryer has an air exit region arranged over a one-piece tube (6), and bore holes functioning as nozzles along a length of the tube, where warm air is distributed to a human body. The bore holes are arranged in parallel at an area along the length of the tube. An infrared emitter is arranged parallel to the tube that is made of plastic, where supply of the tube is centrally secured by a fan (1). A heating element (8) is directly provided in the tube, and held by pins. The fan is surrounded by a sound insulating housing (2), where distance from the fan to air inlet at the tube is 30 cm.
