The device has electrical resistor elements attached at an adapted admixture in regions that are lying between the electrical resistor elements and temperature sensors. Samples are two-dimensionally arranged in cavities (2), where optical measurements of sample parameters are accomplished during adjustment of the temperature sensors. A heat conducting medium is placed in the regions, and the electrical resistor elements are not directly contacted with the samples. The heat conducting medium is water or a solid substance such as silicon with the admixture.
