The combined service- and parking brake has a wheel brake with a housing (2) displaced relative to a holder and an electric brake actuating device. The brake has a unit (3) of an electric motor (4) and reduction gear unit (5), a spindle-nut arrangement, a conversion device arranged coaxial to a brake cylinder in the housing of the brake caliper. A piston is arranged coaxial to a rotation axis (A) of a brake disc in the housing.
