The arrangement (10) has a spacer holding device (24) for holding a disk i.e. windscreen (12) at a distance from a body part (14). A base spacer holding part (26) of the spacer holding device is extended around another base spacer holding part depending on a structure variant of an automobile. The latter spacer holding part is connected with the body part in a rough component of the automobile by an adhesive connection. The former base spacer holding part is connected with the latter spacer holding part by the adhesive connection. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a holder arrangement of a disk i.e. windscreen.
