The fork (1) has two picks (2, 3) connected by a median part (4) having immobilization units and a housing forming a tube. The units and the tube form an inseparable assembly that is constituted by an elastically deformable tab (7) issued from the median part, with the fork, where the tab defines the tube with variable sections. The tube permits passage of a metallic filiform rod (6) with lower and upper sections when pressure (PP') is exerted by pinching on the tab relative to the fork for sliding and positioning the fork on the rod and for blocking the fork by releasing the pressure.
