The device has a hollow and lightweight tube whose inner side is provided with two springs (2) that propel a bat-wing for supporting a file i.e. document, in top, with a pivot. The springs propel a tripod for supporting a Crescendo telescopic standing desk, in bottom. The bat-wing is inclined using a pivot system.
