The device has a telescopic compact safety unit, and support rails (1) that are provided with screws and draw-bore pins, where the device is assisted with an alarm. The support rails are incrusted on exterior walls of windows, where the support rails are fixed by using the draw-bore pins. Guides (15) are fixed in blocking holes, and the rails are returned from each side of the device by inserting slide plates (12) with four small washers in grooves of the rails. The rails maintain a handle turned for releasing axles of a closing cross-bar.
