The device has an enclosure (10) delimiting a culture or breeding zone (1) formed by a wall (11) extending vertically with respect to the culture or breeding zone. A series of independent chambers (7) is arranged at the periphery of the enclosure, where each of the independent chambers forms a tower for the culture or breeding zone. The independent chambers receive a repellent adapted to a particular culture or breeding pest. The independent chambers are covered with a removable inclined roof (8).
