PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an (-) enantiomer of the oxadiazine, acid addition salts thereof, the use of these compounds for the treatment of vascular diseases, and a pharmaceutical composition in which this (-) enantiomer is comprised as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an (-) enantiomer of 5,6-dihydro-5-[(1-piperidinyl)methyl]-3-(3-pyridyl)-4H-1,2,4-oxadiazine, the use of these compounds for a treatment use, and a pharmaceutical composition in which this (-) enantiomer is comprised as an active ingredient.
