PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polylactic acid-based air through nonwoven fabric, showing less heat contraction on its production, excellent in touch feeling and having a low melting point, and the polylactic acid-based air through nonwoven fabric having the low melting point.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the polylactic acid-based air through nonwoven fabric is provided by comprising each of the following steps; a step of forming a web containing a conjugate fiber containing a first polylactic acid and a second polylactic acid having a lower melting point than the melting point of the first polylactic acid; a step of exposing the web to a first air through treatment at a following temperature T1: within a range of the glass-transition point of the second polylactic acidT1the melting point of the second polylactic acid; and further, to produce the air through nonwoven fabric, a step of exposing the web exposed to the first air through treatment to the second air through treatment at the following temperature T2: within the range of the melting point of the second polylactic acid-5°C≤T2≤the melting point of the second polylactic acid+15°C, and the degree of crystallization of the air through nonwoven fabric is within 44 to 68% range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
