PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device that measures power generating performance and defect of a solar cell as a member of a solar battery at a high speed with high precision so as to improve the production efficiency and yield of manufacture of the solar battery. PSOLUTION: The inspection device for the solar cell includes an IV measurement unit which measures current-voltage characteristics of the solar cell as a body to be measured and a defect inspection unit which inspects a defect of the solar cell.
