PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a highly dispersed composite flocculated body in which the dispersed state of a nanomaterial is instantaneously sealed, to provide a dispersion evaluation technique of objectively and totally pulling out information regarding dispersion from the highly dispersed composite flocculated body, and a defect introduction technique applying the same.;SOLUTION: When a multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and carbon black (CB) having a grain size smaller than that and porosity (oil absorption ratio) higher than that are mixed, and ultrasonic dispersion is caused, the CB forms a highly dispersed composite flocculated body in such a manner that it seals the dispersed state of the MWCNT (magical 3D net effect). When the highly dispersed composite flocculated body is applied to differential thermal analysis, the CB is spontaneously ignited at about 600°C. At this time, the MWCNT is thermally damaged to cause a defect, and its combustion temperature lowers. When the fact that its dispersibility is reflected on the receiving way of the thermal damage is applied, information regarding dispersion can be objectively and totally obtained (compounding combustion method).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
