The optical frequency comb generator includes: an amplitude adjustment means 22 for adjusting a voltage amplitude of an RF signal applied to at least one of the light modulation part; a monitoring means 21 for monitoring the intensity of output light; and a bias control circuit 20 for changing the differences in the voltage amplitudes of the RF signal applied to each light modulation part by controlling the amplitude adjustment means, detecting the change of the output light corresponding to the change of a voltage amplitude differences from the output signals of the monitoring means, controlling a phase adjusting part on the basis of a detected result and adjusting the phase difference.
