PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system or the like for an image posted on a blog for enabling communication through images of blog posters.;SOLUTION: A utilization registration database holds a URL of a user's blog and a blog identification ID, and images posted by the user are collected by accessing the user's blog. By acquiring attribute information such as shapes, color tones, a photographing date/time, photographing places, and the like of the collected images, similarity is calculated by the attribute information of the images.
