PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluation of software effective performance, etc. capable of finding effective performance of software. PSOLUTION: The system 1 for evaluation of software effective performance is composed as follows: an execution environment information acquisition section acquires execution environment information indicative of specifications and performance of a software execution environment; an execution environment information storage section stores the execution environment information; a program analysis section analyzes nests of a program code of the software and performance of each nest; an analysis result storage section stores information on the nest performance analyzed by the analysis section; a selection section selects a nest for evaluating performance from the nests included in the program code; and a performance acquisition section acquires a value indicative of software effective performance based on the execution environment information and the nest performance information of the nest selected by the selection section.
