PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of degradation of insulating characteristics of an insulating oil due to long-lasting work of being in contact with oxygen-and-water-containing air from the necessity of extracting and pouring the insulating oil from within and into the oil-filled transformer body and a cooler connected with it in conventional oil-filled transformer repairing work.;SOLUTION: The oil-filled transformer suppressing contact of the insulating oil with the air in extracting and pouring the oil is attained by providing a branch pipe with a cylinder filled with an inert gas and a branch pipe with an exhaust pump exhausting the inert gas on a valve for the oil-filled transformer connecting the oil-filled transformer body with peripheral equipment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
