PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for enabling a driver, when he/she has erroneously stepped on an accelerator pedal as a brake pedal, to understand the fact that it is not the brake pedal by vibration of the accelerator pedal.;SOLUTION: A touch switch (3) is connected by arranging a body (2) of attaching a vibrating device to the reverse of the accelerator pedal, and is fixed on the accelerator pedal. Since the driver can be instantly informed of the fact that it is not the brake when vibration is transmitted to a depressing foot since a switch is turned on and the pedal vibrates when stepping on the pedal, the driver can surely change application of the pedal to the brake. The same effect is further obtained even when using a wireless installation. That is, the touch switch of (3) is arranged as in the figure by changing the body of the vibrating device of Fig.(1) to a radio transmitter. The vibrating device attached with a radio receiver is arranged as in Fig.(5). When the driver puts this radio vibrating device in a pocket or attaches it to the body, when stepping on the accelerator pedal, the radio transmitter is turned on, and the vibrating device attached to the driver's body operates, and the driver can understand the fact of stepping on the accelerator pedal now.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
