PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble eliminating device capable of eliminating bubbles of a liquid crystal display panel without using a treatment chamber for housing the liquid crystal panel, and to provide a bubble eliminating method.;SOLUTION: The bubble eliminating device 100 of the liquid crystal panel is for eliminating bubbles 260 formed in the liquid crystal layer of the liquid crystal panel 200.
