PSOLUTION: This genuineness identifier is constituted of a transparent resin layer 2 with a surface where a hologram relief formed of a diffraction grating 3 for regenerating a hologram image in such a fashion that the diffraction grating 3 is transformed in discrete micropixel units, and optical elements 4 different from the diffraction grating 3, are alternately formed, on one of the surfaces of a transparent base material 1.
