PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injustice degree calculation device for highly accurately determining the presence/absence of an injustice, a method of controlling the injustice degree calculation device and a program.;SOLUTION: This injustice degree calculation device is provided with: an injustice occurrence pattern storage part 71 for storing an injustice occurrence pattern in which basic scores as the weighting of each of one or more injustice occurrence elements presumed to occur in a store are described; an injustice occurrence detection part 72 for detecting the occurrence/non-occurrence of each of one or more injustice occurrence elements; an injustice degree calculation part 73 for calculating the degree of injustice by totaling the basic scores corresponding to the injustice occurrence elements whose occurrence has been detected by the injustice occurrence detection part 72; and an injustice degree recording part 74 for recording the calculation result of the injustice degree calculation part 73 in a database 23 for recording.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
