PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care receiver side system and a support providing side system in home care, wherein a care receiver can be identified without inputting a user ID or a password, the need of using a special device is eliminated, and an information terminal and a network are not limited.;SOLUTION: The care receiver side system in the home care is connected through a network 21 to the support providing side system 19 provided with a storage section 34 storing care receiver information and a care receiver identification means 17 for identifying a care receiver 1, has an information terminal 2 to be operated by the care receiver 1, and is provided with a house identification information addition means 49 for adding house identification information for identifying the house 31 of the care receiver 1 identified by the care receiver identification means 17 when storing the care receiver information in the storage section 39 in association with the information of the house that the care receiver 1 lives in on the side of the support providing side system 19.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
