MOTOR SPEED DETECTION STRUCTURE, ANGLE SENSOR WITH ANGULAR SPEED SENSOR, AND SERVO SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo system which has an angle sensor, can reduce load of a computing unit, can reduce an error of a speed computation in the case of low speed and is superior in speed controllability and detection accuracy. PSOLUTION: A motor speed detection structure 10 includes the angle sensor 2 for detecting angle information by rotation of a motor 1 and supplying it for position control of the motor 1 and an angular speed sensor 3 for detecting angular speed information by the rotation of the motor 1 and supplying it for speed control of the motor 1. A resolver can be used as the angle sensor 2 and a gyroscope as the angular speed sensor 3. The gyroscope can be attached to a rotor of the resolver or a shaft of a servo.
