PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information useful for a plurality of users each having performed an execution request of a competing service to select an arbitration method, in service competition of a home network system.;SOLUTION: An arbitration server including an execution history storage part storing an execution history of an electronic apparatus having operated according to an execution request receives a first execution request transmitted from a first user terminal and a second execution request transmitted from a second terminal, decides whether the received first execution request and second execution request compete, transmits arbitration information including the first execution request, the second execution request and the execution history to the first user terminal and the second user terminal when deciding that the first execution request and the second execution request compete, and makes the arbitration information be displayed, and operates the electronic apparatus according to a third execution request transmitted from the first user terminal or the second user terminal according to the transmitted arbitration information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
