PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-bonded grinding wheel having long lifetime by limiting the content of tungsten disulfide to be in a range of 0.25-0.50 vol.%.;SOLUTION: As indicated in Fig.(a) and Fig.(b), the grinding ratio and the grinding efficiency reach a peak when the content of tungsten disulfide is 0.25-0.5 vol.% of the whole. In other words, when the content of tungsten disulfide is below 0.25 vol.%, both the grinding ratio and the grinding efficiency are degraded.
