PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily and further efficiently detect a double transmission from a client on a server side.;SOLUTION: An information processor 2 performs random number generation step of generating, upon accepting a request from a terminal 1, a random number; setting step of setting the generated random number in a random number storage part; random number transmission step of transmitting the generated random number to the terminal; receiving step of receiving transmission data containing the random number transmitted in the random number transmission step; and discrimination step of discriminating, when the random number contained in the transmission data is matched to the random number set in the random number storage part, the transmission data as initial transmission to delete the random number in the random number storage part, and discriminating, when the random number contained in the transmission data is not matched to the random number set in the random number storage part, the transmission data as double transmission.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
