PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a levee 2 of substantially uniform strength.;SOLUTION: This levee construction device or the like includes an excavation stirring means 29 for excavation-stirring a soil of a levee construction portion 3 in a field 1, an injection means 32 for injecting a curing material paste 6 containing a soil curing material 11 in an excavated soil 4 stirred by the excavation stirring means 29, and a molding means 33 for molding the excavated soil 4 kneaded with the curing material paste 6 stirred by the excavation stirring means 29 into a predetermined shape. The excavation stirring means 29 includes an excavation stirring tool 46 in an outer circumference of a hollow rotary shaft 45 rotated around a vertical shaft, the injection means 32 has an injection port 55 formed in the rotary shaft 45, and the curing material paste 6 is injected from an injection passage 54 in an inside of the rotary shaft 45 through the injection port 55.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
