PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a hybrid fee adjustment machine capable of attaining fee adjustment, even if parking and riding, or when using a general parking lot to perform a fee adjustment procedure which is easy to understand by a user.;SOLUTION: A display panel (20) is formed like a frame surrounding three direction, that is, the upper section and right and left sections of the periphery of a user operation area in a parking fee adjustment machine (10), and the upper section in the frame is divided to be visually identifiable right and left into a parking fee adjustment procedure display section (21) on one side for showing a parking fee adjustment procedure in using only a parking lot and a combined use fee adjustment procedure display section (25) on the other side for showing a fee adjustment procedure, in realizing a combined use of a public transportation and the parking lot. The right and the left sections in the frame are provided with procedure display sections (22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30) for displaying an operation procedure and its sequence while showing the operation site of the parking fee adjustment machine (10), and the procedure display sections (22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30) adopt visual identification as the parking fee adjustment procedure display section (21) or the combined use fee adjustment display section (25).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
