PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method capable of forming the light-transmission area of any pattern, reducing a production cost and being suitable for large-scaled mass production, when manufacturing a light-transmission thin film solar cell module using the working method.;SOLUTION: In the light-transmission thin film solar cell module, the light-transmission area is formed by using a mask blank-assisted sandblasting etching method including: a step of positioning a mask blank to cover the back electrode of the thin film solar cell module; and a step of performing a sandblasting etching to the mask blank to form the light-transmission area in the thin film solar cell module.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
