PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case, an electronic apparatus and an assembly method thereof that can contribute to assembly simplification.;SOLUTION: A connector 24 is received by an inclined face 38 of a rib 35. As the connector 24 is moved along the inclined faces 38, the connector 24 approaches a bottom plate 21 with proximity to an opening 23 in a wall 22. A cylindrical portion 25 of the connector 24 enters the opening 23. When the connector 24 is separated from the inclined faces 38 to the bottom plate 21, the connector 24 is positioned between locking faces 36 of the ribs 35 and the wall 22. The cylindrical portion 25 is received in the opening 23. In the electronic apparatus 11, the connector 24 is retained in the opening 23 at the cylindrical portion 25 and positioned between the locking faces 36 and the wall 22. The connector 24 is thus fitted in the case 12a. The connector 24 is reliably protected against falling from the case 12a.
