PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural material improving degraded and contaminated soil and accelerating water cleaning. PSOLUTION: Selected microorganisms are cultured in a residual liquid left after starch and gluten are extracted from wheat of grain and used as an agricultural material, and the culture solution is obtained by extracting the starch and gluten two times by a centrifugal separation and is suitable as a nutrient source for the microorganisms or plants, since it contains water-soluble starch and wheat peptide. Further, the selected microorganisms are selected from combined microorganisms of a fermentation type and a soil type and can be provided as the microbial material, water cleaning material, soil conditioner, feed additive, waste treatment agent, rooftop greening material and organic humus fertilizer, by the combination of the microorganisms.
