PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of utilizing the time during measuring blood pressure.;SOLUTION: In an advertisement display step (SB4), an advertisement is displayed on a display 48 during measuring blood pressure. Since a patient is in a restraining state while the blood pressure is measured and sees the advertisement displayed on the display 48 unavoidably, a high advertisement effect can be expected, thereby utilizing the time during measuring the blood pressure. Furthermore, in an advertisement distribution step (SA3), since the advertisement to be displayed is selected from among a plurality of advertisements in an advertisement database 52 stored in a storage device 50 of a host computer 20 based on the corresponding relationship which is determined in advance in Fig. 7 and is distributed, the suitable advertisement can be displayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
