METHOD FOR OBTAINING CRYSTALLINE SCORODITE FROM SOLUTION CONTAINING ARSENIC

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of crystalline scorodite allowing, by which crystalline scorodite particles having good filtration property and excellent handling property in a real operation can be easily produced in a short period of time from a solution containing arsenic. PSOLUTION: The method for obtaining crystalline scorodite from a solution containing pentavalent arsenic comprises: controlling the solution to a predetermined liquid temperature; and adding a trivalent iron source to the solution while keeping the pH of the solution to 0.8 or higher and 3.0 or lower by adding an alkali or an acid to the solution to obtain crystalline scorodite.
