PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active substance of Ganoderma tsugae having endothelium protection effect and a closed arteriosclerosis prevention effect.;SOLUTION: The active substance of Ganoderma tsugae is produced by (1) a step for liquid-fermentation culturing Ganoderma tsugae, (2) a step for extracting the collected fermentation filtrate with ethanol to give an ethanol extract precipitate, (3) a step for purifying the obtained ethanol extract precipitate by a gel filtration chromatography to give a gel filtration chromatography analyte and (4) a step for extracting the obtained gel filtration chromatography analyte with acetone to give an obtained supernatant liquid, namely, the active substance of Ganoderma tsugae.
