Plate-like body deposition method and plate-like body deposition apparatus

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piling method and a piling device for a plate-like material capable of always stably piling the plate-like material at different piling positions alternately regardless of increase of weight of the piled articles accompanying with progress of piling. PSOLUTION: In the piling method for the plate-like material, after the plate-like materials 4 are conveyed above a piling position approximately positioned at constant height through a retaining/conveying mechanism 1 for retaining the plate-like materials 4 near both left and right ends in a direction perpendicular to a conveying direction and conveying it, the plate-like materials 4 are successively piled up at the piling position by downwardly dropping the plate-like materials 4 by releasing retaining of the plate-like materials 4 by the retaining/conveying mechanism 1. The plate-like materials 4 are alternately dropped to the different piling positions by releasing retaining of the plate-like materials 4 by the retaining/conveying mechanism 1 with delay by a predetermined period of time in releasing alternately at left and right sides.
