An operation object (150, Fig. 1) to which infrared rays are intermittently applied by a stroboscope is imaged by an imaging unit (13, Fig. 1) and a position on the screen (91, Fig. 1) of the operation object is obtained as coordinates of the cursor. When a game is started, a music composition is automatically played independently of a player (94, Fig. 1).
